Excellent service from helpfull assistant

The main reason was the staff- not only friendly and helpful but with good product knowledge and the ability and willingness to listen to us and base his advice on the information we gave him about ourselves and our preferences. I did not at any point feel hurried or hassled but always felt the assistant was trying to make sure we chose the product which would best meet our needs.

Greeted on arrival in store and adviser took time to establish our specific requirements. Recommended Sleepmatch machine which we tried and helped us to focus on the best mattresses for our needs. Adviser directed us to the appropriate beds and gave us time alone to try these out. She was available to answer any queries we had but was not intrusive. Order was easily processed and suitable time arranged for delivery. Overall a really good experience.
