I found the whole shopping trip easy and was made feel welcome and the only person in the shop, even tho there were a few other customers. I bought my last bed from Dreams 10 years ago so had no hesitation going back and will do so again as my son needs a new bed too.

When we were looking around we were quickly give assistance on the type of bed I was looking for and it was very clear which were in my budget and the mattress type I was looking for.

I was able to test the mattresses out at a local store. There were no pressure sales people and when I did decide to buy, the assistants were very easy-going and helpful. I also got a very good price on the mattress I chose - less than half-price. I also took out the 8 year warranty and got a free mattress protector which I would have had to buy anyway so that was a nice bonus. Quite happy with the whole experience tbh.
