I WAS LOOKING TO PURCHASE A NEW MATTRESS. ON ENTRY TO YOUR STORE, THE DREAMS COLLEAGUE (KENNY) ASKED IF HE COULD BE OF ANY ASSISTANCE. I TOOK UP HIS OFFER AND HE TALKED ME THROUGH SOME OF THE BEDS AVAILABLE. HE THEN OFFERED ME AN EXPERIENCE ON THE DREAMS BED TESTER WHICH ONLY TOOK 4-5 MINUTES. ONE OF THE TEST SUGGESTIONS MATCHED MY CHOICE WHICH I HAD PICKED THROUGH MY "BUM" TEST. THE RESULT WAS THAT I HAD BOUGHT THE RISBOROUGH MATTRESS WHICH WAS DELIVERED PROMPTLY THE FOLLOWING WEEK. OVERALL A HIGH SUCCESSFUL AND PRODUCTIVE VISIT TO YOUR STORE, ONE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, FAMILY OR FRIEND.

The time the assistant spent with me, also good with recommendations not just highest priced items. Liked the bed to suggest correct mattress - very technical. Only went in to look at mattresses and decided to purchase new bed frame, mattress and ottoman!

Our experience was good in store. The assistant stacey directed us to the sleep match machine and showed us a number of mattresses based on the recommendations of this till we got 1 we both liked.

From the minute we went into shop, we were greeted with a lovely smile and hello.stuart was so helpful to us.we were not hurried at all ,he knows his stuff.should go far.we wish him well.

Stacey attended to us soon after we entered the store and guided us through the various mattresses, including the electronic assessor, and continued to answer all of our questions. She was very patient with us and we did not feel we were being put under any pressure to buy. We were given time to talk between ourselves but she was always there in the background to answer our questions. When we finally made our choice she then guided us through the purchasing process and a suitable delivery date, which was adhered to. We could not have asked for better guidance and service and are delighted with our new mattress.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who were in no way pushy (which puts me off purchasing) therefore I felt able to make my own decision and comfortable to then pay the extra compared to an online purchase in my own time.

Service wasn’t pushy at all, we didn’t feel any pressure to buy and this is important to us. Very friendly approachable staff.

I made a visit to Dreams in Irvine looking for a new bed, Kenny approached me asking what kind of bed i was looking for, first of all he got me to lie down on the bed that tells you what mattress is best for you, once i picked my mattress he then went through the different bases until i picked the one i wanted, Kenny was very helpful and knowledgeable.

As soon as my partner and I walked into the shop we were greeted by Stuart who couldn't have been more welcoming and his genuine interest, this actually convinced us to buy more than what we were going to initially. The process of sorting our delivery out was handled by Kenny who again couldn't have been nicer towards us and made the process very pain free.
