Kenny offered excellent customer service

I was unsure what mattress I should get and Stuart advises that I try out the mattress matching machine. Upon getting the results, Stuart gladly showed me which mattresses he’d recommend for my needs and was highly knowledgable in explaining each mattress. Stuart was so helpful and friendly, making me feel at ease and allowing me time to think without being overly pushy/salesy which you often find in other shops. The purchase process was quick and we were able to find a delivery date within the same week, which is fantastic seeing as I am moving into a new home. Overall great experience shopping in the Irvine branch.

Kenny was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products.

We spoke to Kenny and he was exceptional. The bed was for our daughter who we explained had autism and other physical disabilities and Kenny listened to our requests and then when we came back into the store Kenny was busy with another customer and the store manager helped and he too was very attentive. Kenny when he could would come over to make sure we were ok. This was our first experience of Dreams and the staff in your Irvine store are a credit to your company and should be recognised for their superb customer service. We would definitely have no qualms to recommend your company and in particular the Irvine store.

Stuart, the member of staff who served me and my grandfather, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He listened to my grandfathers needs and concerns and was able to find a bed and mattress within our budget which would suit my grandfathers requirements and health concerns. We managed to find and choose a bed all under half an hour, and that's even with testing them. After my grandfather had chosen his bed, the checkout process and organising delivery and disposal of his old bed and mattress was quick and efficient. We would definitely come here again for another bed and/or mattress.
