Stuart who served me was very knowledgeable and I left with everything i needed that I hadnt thought about quit pillows proteftion sheet. And i wasnt in for any length of time. No pressure sales staff, very pleasant,efficient staff.Computerised advise on mattress choice, encouraged to test/ try different products. Able to make better, informed choice on type of bed frame, mattress and head board..and later night opening was great for my work finishing time
