Kenny was great, good knowledge of the products, very patient, no hard sales tactics, just relaxed and encouraging. The beds we tried and ordered were incredibly comfortable and the 8 year warranty gave me piece of mind.

Great all round service

Store was well laid out with plenty of choice. Assistant was friendly and pleasant and helpful setting out all the information necessary to make a choice without pressure. A pleasant and satisfactory experience all round.

Stuart the sales colleague was extremely friendly but not pushy. He took the time to explain what was included with the beds and tell us about the availability of assembly

As soon as we entered the store we were approached by a lovely gentleman asking if we would like help choosing a product and also if we would like a drink of tea/coffee, he gave us a few options and then left us to have a browse and let him know if we needed further information.
