The assistant in the store was very very helpfull showed us a great selection for what we were looking for gave us time to try out and time to think he did not rush or push us in any way . Very pleased with service

Very helpful staff who took the time to talk us through our requirements. We were left to test each mattress and bed after being shown the options the machine stated best suited us. Staff member knew his stuff and there was no pressure to buy.

During our visit to Dreams, Irvine the sales person, Stuart, made sure our visit was not only successful but stress free. He was extremely professional with comprehensive knowledge on all products on offer and dealt with all our questions with courtesy. Due to service received we would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams.

The bed frame we were considering was on display. A friendly store manager named Peter helped us choose our mattress as we didnt know what to get. He showed us how to use the sleep machine to assess the right mattress for us and then showed us which ones to try. He then provided tea and coffee to us while he ran up our order. Fantastic customer service!
