Stewart from the Irvine Retail Park was extremely helpful whilst we were in the store. He took the time to understand our needs and gave us several different options that were within our price range. He was extremely knowledgable and patient, which we really appreciated as we are first time bed buyers. We are really happy with our purchase and can’t recommend Stewart enough.

Stacey was lovely very friendly very knowledgeable about beds and mattresses and stayed on late to finish our order.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and greatly helped us with our choice of a new bed.

Kenny took time to listen to our requirements and gave us lots of useful advice. He also took us to the sleepmatch bed which was really interesting and useful. The store was really nice too - bright and clean and well laid out.

We were greeted by Kenny who was very friendly and helpful. He recommended we try the sleep analysis which was a great experience. Helped us choose what firmness and then went through all the mattresses that would suit us. We had a budget in mind and Kenny managed to get us everything we wanted for a little over what we wanted to spend but we bought insurance cover and delivery which and removal of old mattress. Yes whole process from start to finish was stress free. A big thanks to Kenny as I think we would have still been looking for a mattress or worse bought the wrong one for our needs Great service and thanks to Kenny.
