I walked in the shop to look at the beds and what I liked was the shop assistants didn't rush up saying can I help you. They did acknowledge I was there by smiling and saying hello. The man I spoke to was very helpful showing me variety of products with different prices to try and meet my budget. This bed was for my grand daughter who was with me and customer service was good.

Staff very friendly, knowledgeable, spent time with customers, explained different mattresses, gave time for customers to discuss (not pushy), made the experience a good one.

There was no pressure put on me to buy anything and was left to make my mind up in my own time, but assistance was there when I needed it.
