The gentleman Stuart who was our sales man in Irvine was top notch- with my partner and I not agreeing on what we exactly wanted Stuart helped us by showing us what we both asked for and then the middle ground which is perfect! I walked in the shop to look at the beds and what I liked was the shop assistants didn't rush up saying can I help you. They did acknowledge I was there by smiling and saying hello. The man I spoke to was very helpful showing me variety of products with different prices to try and meet my budget. This bed was for my grand daughter who was with me and customer service was good.
