As soon as we entered the store we were made very welcome by Kenny. He asked us what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable in explaining the products available to us. He used the Sleepmatch system to help us pick a suitable mattress which was a good experience. Overall, we were very impressed with how we were treated by Kenny and a few of the other staff in-store.

Kenny was extremely knowledgeable about all your products. He spoke through all mattresses available to myself and allowed plenty of time to decide the right one for myself, there was no rushing or making me go for something out of my price range. All staff were friendly and the new social distancing rules were adhered too. Also staff were so kind and happy to entertain my 4yo daughter whilst I paid for my order which helped me alot.

Staff were pleasant knowledgeable and non invasive. They allowed us time to decide on the product and purchase. The computerised mattress finder is an excellent tool and very accurate.
