From the minute We arrived in the shop we were welcomed by a lovely member of staff, who was very professional in her approach to our needs, she was very knowledgeable of the items in the shop and nothing was a bother, she gave time to explain everything we wanted to know.

We had a private appointment with Stacey who was really very helpful both when I phoned for an appointment and more so in the store,and after the sleep match really helped with the choice we made. I had been very nervous as this was my first outing since lockdown so just being ourselves in store made me feel much safer.So thanks for that Stacey.

As soon as we entered the store we were made very welcome by Kenny. He asked us what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable in explaining the products available to us. He used the Sleepmatch system to help us pick a suitable mattress which was a good experience. Overall, we were very impressed with how we were treated by Kenny and a few of the other staff in-store.
