Member of staff Debbie was excellent very helpful and no rush or feel pressured

The sales assistant Stuart was excellent and had great product knowledge and could not have been more helpful in helping us choose our dream bed

Staff went out of their way to help me get my bed that I needed for my spare room at the best price for that product and put me at ease right away too

The lady that served us was very friendly and attentive, givivg us lots of options nothing was too much trouble for her, was there with my elderly Mum and offered her water which was very nice

Kenny made it easy for us

We were unsure what mattress, headboard or base we wanted, Kenny the salesman put us at ease, gave us time to look at all the products, had a good knowledge of the mattresses and provided assistance when asked, basically wasn’t pushy on a sale.

Was shopping for a bed for my elderly mum & Kenny our sales assistant was very helpful & patient.
