we were given assistance by Stacey who gave us the test on the bed to find out what type we needed, which turned out to be firm and we thought is was medium so that was very good.tryed out several differant types of matresses untill we found the one we liked.excelent service catering for all our needs.now just looking forward to delivery of our new matress.
