We went to dreams in Irvine and dealt with Stacey who was very helpful and fully knowledgeable. Stacey helped us use the sleep match bed and entertained our son while we did so! Stacey was very friendly and informative but not overbearing. Stacey showed us options when our match was selected and was helpful in assisting us with a payment plan. The store was very clean and masks etc were all worn. We saw staff cleaning / sanitising as people tested beds

The sales assistant was friendly , curteous and knowledgable.... after a very poor experience ordering online where i cancelled my order, after ordering in July and told November delivery after waiting until september before finding out....customer service never replied to my complaint. Never the less i tried again via your store and Stuart redeemed Dreams with his approach...Well done Stuart....poor show Customer service...
