Kenny gave us space when we entered the shop. He did come over and introduce himself and we told him we would give him a shot when ready. We then approached him for assistance. He let me try the sleep machine. He offered us water and just made us feel very much at home. We also had a bit of a laugh and in the current climate that is well and truly needed. I commend Kenny for his actions.
