We felt that the salesperson took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for and dealt exclusively with us (not in between other customers). We felt extremely safe with physical distancing, masks and cleanliness evident at all times within the store. We were given time to decide on a mattress, didn’t feel pressured to make a decision and were even offered a bottle of water during our time in the store. We were also very happy with the lead delivery time which is within 4 weeks, we were expecting much longer due to Covid. All in all a positive in-store experience.

I visited the Irvine store on the 14th of October 20/20 a was highly satisfied no faults what so ever told the man that asked if he could help me ,told him my budget an what colour i was looking for couldn’t have been any nicer and anymore helpful during these tough times a still got what a was looking for il b back for sure 😁
