We were impressed with the levels of hygiene that were in place and felt safe in the store. Choices available were excellent and Kenny advised us throughout our visit. We felt that the salesperson took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for and dealt exclusively with us (not in between other customers). We felt extremely safe with physical distancing, masks and cleanliness evident at all times within the store. We were given time to decide on a mattress, didn’t feel pressured to make a decision and were even offered a bottle of water during our time in the store. We were also very happy with the lead delivery time which is within 4 weeks, we were expecting much longer due to Covid. All in all a positive in-store experience.
