Stuart was very friendly from the start. He introduced himself and asked if we needed help, which we were in need of as i suffer with a bad back. Stuart took us over to the sleep machine and explained how it was going to help. I really enjoyed this as it was nice to hear the welsh voice of Stacey. (I'm Welsh and living in Scotland). So from this we tried out the beds that where chosen. This was a great experience as i have had trouble sleeping and really need a new mattress. I felt completely at ease with the whole process and look forward to a good nights sleep when my mattress arrives on Monday, which Im also very impressed with as i expected it to be a longer wait.
