Because the service was perfect

Stacey introduced me, after asking me if I knew what I wanted, to a selection of bases and mattresses thar met my criteria. Having looked at them, she suggested I try the bed which would tell me what type of mattress would suit me. From beginning to end, my needs were met, I wasn’t pressured into buying and the whole experience was painless.

Big thanks to Kenny and Stuart at the Irvine store Scotland. There was a female aswell who was very helpful but sorry didn’t catch her name so thanks to her aswell. Dreams team looked after all and made our instore visit top class thanks again great customer service

(All in one afternoon) I phoned the Irvine shop with my enquiry and spoke to Hugh, then called back and spoke to Stacey then visited the shop and was served by Stewart and I can honesty say each person was incredible. From the get go, everyone was so helpful, friendly, kind, and upbeat, and I felt so looked after! They all were so genuine and caring, I couldn’t recommend them more!!
