The assistant was knowledgeable and helpful but not intrusive. My visit to Dreams was a very pleasant and successful experience.

We were welcomed into the store and was not put under any pressure or hounded by staff and we felt at ease trying out the range of mattresses.

Stuart in the Irvine, Ayrshire branch was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgable. He listened and guided us through our options and gave us time to talk to each other and think about our needs and wants. He was very courteous and helped as i have health special needs. We were both impressed with his knowledge and the fact that he is down to earth but not in a too informal manner
