Kenny was extremely helpful and friendly, as were all the staff. At no point did we feel pressured and I welcomed the help and knowledge as buying a new bad can be quite daunting to get right. After hearing Kenny's advice, I am certain we have made the right choice. The whole process of purchasing was simple and straightforward and a pleasure.

WE WERE MET AT THE DOOR BY THE SALES ASSISTANT WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL SHE LET US SEE EVERYTHING THAT WAS SUITABLE FOR US AND LET US TRY THE TYPE OF MATTRESS THE TEST MACHINE HAD ADVISED. ALL IN ALL WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR VISIT WHEN ACTUALLY WE HAD JUST GONE IN TO HAVE A LOOK AND ENDED UP BUYING A BED

Our assistant Stacey was very knowledgeable about the product range and after listening to our requirements was able to offer a suitable selection of mattresses that were suitable to our needs. Stacey was very friendly and had a great rapore with us which made the shopping experience very pleasureable.
