Although the gentleman I dealt with in store was very friendly and helpful, he could not satisfy the criteria I had for delivery - I had originally intended on having the mattress delivered at the end of the week beginning 05/08, however the closest delivery time quoted to me was the 17/08. This meant I had to purchase a rolled mattress, which I was advised against by the colleague due to their quality compared to other mattresses. The product itself is actually very comfortable, but I would have preferred the flat mattress.

We were looking for a specific mattress we had seen online which was not available to try instore and i would not buy a mattress without trying it. The staff member however interpreted what we liked about the mattress and showed is similar products he did have. We ended up purchasing but as it cost a bit more than we originally wanted to pay and we couldn't try the mattress we saw that is why we slightly marked down. Customer service was really excellent though.

Order was incorrectly entered into systen. When reviewed next day store senior correcred. They never called to advise, we only knew due to new email generated.

When we checked the price online the night before the mattress was approx 200 cheaper. When we asked the sales assistant about this she explained there was nothing she could dp - even although we had a print out of the price we had seen less than 12hrs previously.

Having been sold, in a very pleasant and professional way, the mattress I wanted to take away that day, I was then offered a pillow at a discounted price but was not able to take it away, instead it would have to be ordered. Overall it was a good experience and thanks to the very smart female assistant, I would shop there again.

I felt the price for disposal of existing bed was expensive, especially as the price being paid for the new bed was not cheap.
