Sophie was very knowledgeable and was very patient with us , we had our 11 month granddaughter with us and the staff interacted with her too . The whole expèrience was very relaxing .

service from store with gareth was excellent explained all about what we wanted as tried matrees what i liked and very pleased with it. gareth also helped me with choosing the correct firmness of matress as have issues with pressure points on hips . he was a gem and myself and wife are delighted and can not wait for delivery

The service was great the workers engaged with my children and kept them entertained while we played the order, we went into the store hoping to see a specific bed frame but wasn't kept on the store floor but found another bed that the wife likes so all in all was a good experience

I was given an estimated delivery of a week but once the order was confirmed it ended up being 7 weeks.

Cost of items plus length of delivery charges for removal and assembly also bit OTT
