Last time, in 2018, when i bought a mattress the salesman was rude, got my name and address on the order wrong and put me off coming back into the store. I had to build my confidence back up just to go through the door.

The staff are very welcoming especially Stacy , helped us with all our decisions and showed us all over the shop floor to make sure we were happy with our choices , we were offered water and seats , the bed choice is for my husband who needs a riser bed for his back and he got the chance to try out on different beds ,also the test bed to see what mattress he needs , this is the second bed we have purchased from dreams and will continue to use this store , Sally

As soon as we entered the shop Kenny approached my partner and I to see if we needed a hand, we did as we were looking for a new mattress and have never bought one before - we are just about to buy our first house! He asked us if we would like to use the the sleep match device as this would help us narrow down what mattress to go for - Kenny also let us lie down on the few we were stuck between (giving us pillows with tissue over them for hygiene purposes) until we narrowed it down to two. We then said we were going to come back the following day once we had made a decision. We made a decision by the end of the day so decided just to go back and look into purchasing, Kenny had finished so Donna then took over and discussed the prices, insurance, delivery and deals with the pillows etc, both more than helpful and we left with new pillows, mattress protector, insurance for the mattress and a delivery date provided.

When myself and my partner entered your irvine store we were kindly greeted by a member of your staff (Kenny) very welcoming. Kenny spent a long time with us helping me find the right mattress for my sore back, he was very knowledgeable about everyone of the mattresses I asked about. We were very impressed with how helpful and welcoming Kenny was! Even got a bottle of free water! I would highly recommend your store as the support from the staff is fantastic and can meet your every need!! Also to mention I have a beautiful bed, mattress, bedside tables and chest of drawers for a fantastic price from your shop on its way so exited. Big thank you to your member of staff - Kenny for being so helpful and overall just fantastic service.
