Very good advice salesman was very good. Made the process easy

We were approached immediately on entering the store which was bright and fresh. Our needs were quickly identified and the assistants explanation of the products was clear and concise. An excellent sales process with no high pressure selling tactics. Even the coffee was good.

The reason why I was highly satisfied with the experience at this particular Dreams was the availability of the store, the cleanliness and attractiveness of the store, The politeness and courteous way the member of staff approached me and delt with my inquiries and my order.

Friendly, courteous and attentive staff. Everyone greeted us with a smile and were very professional. Fantastic range of mattresses to choose from and Sophia put us at ease with our selection because of her knowledge and professionalism and friendly attitude.

Assistant was knowledgeable and eager to give information. He did not try to get a sale until we had looked at all the options available.

Gareth the sale assistant at the Irvine store was incredibly helpful. It was the first time we had gone mattress shopping and he explained all the options and helped us find the right mattress, bedframe and cover for out products. We had only gone in for a look and within an hr had picked a bed we love with a mattress and had put the order through. It was a very easy and stress free process.
