Very professional and friendly service from Michael and Sofia.

We've visited other Dreams stores in the past and found both the products and customer service to be excellent. Our visit to the Irvine store was no different - very friendly staff who are attentive without being overbearing and competitive prices for quality products.

Our sales advisor Michael, made us feel really welcome and gave us piece of mind when choosing the right bed and mattress. He had a fantastic amount of product knowledge.

Gareth spent time assessing what I wanted and was able to show me the product that suited me. He organised delivery to suit me.

Knowledge of sales person on various types and comfort of mattress. Allowing us to wander until we had decided on bed & matress. Very welcoming and pleasant.

I looked online and a bed frame I liked, I then checked availability in my local store and went to see the bed the next day. My experience in-store was great as the assistant was very helpful and I got to test all the mattresses which was important to me. The whole process was quick, stress free, and I got what I needed.

We knew what we wanted and the salesmen was helpful. .

Staff were very good and went the extra mile . Sad that the items take so long to arrive. I would take care when buying next time to find out when I would receive goods.

Haven’t purchase a mattress in 18 years as I never relised how reasonable priced they were so I left the shop pleased at the price
