Good salesman

Salesperson took time to explain all the different choices and variations. I went into the store literally clueless and left quite happy with information received without feeling as it was only salestalk. Returned a few days later to place order after visiting other stores and websites. Felt that Dreams were the only place I was able to make an informed choice without being hassled but helped.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided us with excellent customer service. The unforeseen electrical problem meant that we were unable to proceed with our transaction at the time of our visit. The store manager took our contact details and contacted us immediately the problem was resolved. We were unable to return to the store at that time but did so the following day. Staff were very apologetic and extremely helpful. They processed our order very quickly and efficiently on our return visit.
