Stuart, the sales adviser, greeted us when we entered the store and displayed a first class knowledge of the store's products; making the purchasing experience very clear without being pushy. He was a pleasure to deal with and a credit to Dreams.

Sophia was very helpful, very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills, an asset to any company. Sophia provided information re all the products and did an excellent job in assisting me with my search for the right fit in terms of quality and affordability.

Having viewed the bed on-line, we visited the store to view before buying. Although the store did not stock chosen bed, sales person was very knowledgeable about chosen bed and able to assist us with purchase and delivery details.

Salesmen explained the various mattress types available and let us try them out, also assisted in selecting headboard and choice of colours for base. Even offered a cup of tea or coffee!
