Salesperson offered assistance if required and left us to browse as was our wish. When we requested his assistance he was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. He explained the rationale behind different options and the whole process was smooth and streamlined. Could have purchased the same item online, however the personal experience allowed us to fully appreciate the various aspects of the product through touch and visualisation.

I was very happy with the shopping experience as I was truly uneducated on the different types of mattress and pillow (I was thinking a mattress was a mattress and a pillow was a pillow, I was so wrong and I totally get it now thanks to our assistant Sophia (Irvine scotland branch) that helped us step by step. I can’t recommend them much more. Just need to wait for my mattress to get here... can’t wait!

When selecting our bed we didn’t know there were so many different options(4 or 5 different headboards and drawers or sliding doors on bases)the salesman went to a lot of effort to make sure we had the right bed

Even though the bed I wanted to see wasn't available in store, the sales assistant helped me greatly with alternatives. He wasn't pushy and was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the beds I tried. He understood my requirements and helped me come to a decision.

My visit to shop was very satisfactory. Gareth helped with my purchase and made everything so quuck and easy. His knowledge of what I needed was fantastic and will be visiting again soon for another bed. The service I received was outstanding and was even offered tea or coffee while the paperwork was done. 10 out of 10 all round.

Shopping at your store in Irvine was a really good experience. The assistant Stuart was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had a good manner and explained all the products so well. He is an asset to your company.

The assistant was very attentive and listening to our requests and steering us to the bed that suited us best .he let us make the decisions and wasn't pushing us to one particular product but gave us the options and let us try and compare the options with no time pressure either .Was a very pleasant shopping experience
