The level of support provided by the assistant was exceptional. His manner was really good and never hassled us, taking time to explain the product quality etc.

The staff were so helpful in understanding what I was looking for. I had my two year old daughter with me who was a little grumpy and the two other members of staff amused her with colouring and talking to her and also made coffee for my step father and myself while I purchased my bed and mattress. The staff were also very helpful in giving advice on best places to look for a new sofa form my home looked up the postcode and gave it to me which I lost and called the store back and they gave the postcode again went that extra mile in helping on a stressful day I was having after just moving home. Wonderful staff at the irvine store.

Able to test the mattress which was very pleasing as well as the bed frame, able to test it and experience what it can do. The assistance from the dreams team that helped me was very pleasing and able to assist me in any way and answered any question I had which I was happy with. Overall I will be recommending dreams to my friends and family and hope to experience a good sleep for years to come! Thank you.

I was offered hospitality and was very well informed. I am delighted with my new purchase, the bed frame is really stunning and look forward to the arrival in my home. Visited Irvine store initially spoke with Gareth who was very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful regarding a mid sleeper. Returned a few weeks later & placed order with Sophia who was also helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Order processed quickly
