Because hopefully we ordered the right mattress to suit our needs. we dont get delivery till Tues 31st July so have not slept on it yet. We were very satisfied with the member of staff who served us and everything went very smoothly with the purchase.

Customer Service assistant Stuart was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Arrived at store not sure as to what we should buy as we had same bed for 23yrs, assistant explained all different products & prices. He took time to explain everything & was not pushy, we returned 6 days later & bought product from same assistance with no,problem. Hope delivery of item is as straightforward.

Michael the sales assistant in dreams, was pleasant, knowledgeable and not pushy. Gave me time to find my correct bed and gave lots of information. We were only really in for a look but was a great deal everything we wanted. Would recommend dreams!

We visited the Irvine store, looking for bunk beds. We found exactly what we were looking for on display in the store and Stuart, the sales assistant, was extremely helpful. He was able to show us the range of mattresses available and demonstrate the differences between them. He dealt with our purchase very efficiently and we had the added bonus that there was 20% off the marked prices, so we left the store very satisfied. We could have chosen a delivery date within a couple of days, but it was our choice to postpone it for several weeks to a more convenient time for ourselves.

I bought my bed and mattress from Dreams about 12 years ago and was very satisfied, so I had no hesitation in going back today to purchase a new mattress. Excellent service, friendly staff.

Gareth who dealt with us was very friendly, gave us great information and advice to help us with our choice for a new bed, even managed to get us to be the frame as well as the mattress as it was such a good deal.
