We appreciated and enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. We were stressed at the beginning but very quickly the salesman understood what we needed and his knowledge and patience relaxed the whole situation.

When we first went no one pestered us it wasn’t until we had a lol at all the beds and we asked for help the salesman was extremely helpful an knowledgeable about all the beds would definitely return to the store

This is the second time I have used dreams Irvine store as I bought my own bed from there at the start of the year and it is the best bed I've ever slept in and anyone who has had a shot agrees the only bad thing is can say about it is that I now struggle to get out it in the morning and I'm always late both times I've used the shop I was served by the same salesman and was more than satisfied with my experience this purchase is bunk beds for my kids only bad thing is the 8 week wait for delivery but I understand that is down to the supplier so I would definitely recommend dreams in Irvine and if I will be using them in the future

Stuart was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when giving us advise on the various mattresses available. He then gave us plenty of time to try out the different mattresses available. He has a friendly and courteous matter.

Gareth the Sales Advisor was excellent with his product knowledge, we knew the bed frame we wanted but were unsure what mattress we would need. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and talked us through all our options with no pressure. The rest of the team were also kind, talking to our children to enable Gareth to help us make an informed decision without interruption from the kids!

Gareth was absolutely Brilliant, answered all questions, provided myself, wife and 2 children with drinks - one of Gareth’s female colleagues, can't Recall her name but was blond haired - she occupied our children whilst Gareth made sure we got to check out all the mattress options! We will definitely be back for the kids beds next year!

All mattresses were displayed with their build characteristics information displayed albeit we needed guidance as to what all of it meant and how that translated into what we wanted. Your staff answered and explained all our questions with humour, clear language and notable enthusiasm. Even the terms and conditions were clear and understandable.

Sophia was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products and took the time to explain to us about all the various types of mattresses. She kindly dealt with our children offering them a place to colour in. She was very patient and very professional.
