The salesman Gareth looked at our needs and tried to get us the best and lowest price possible, we added extras without prompting and he gave us advice and we tried a few mattresses, duvets, pillows and beds and all options were discussed.

We were highly satisfied with our visit because Gareth, the sales assistant was friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable and didn't pressure us into buying anything we didn't want.

I was highly satisfied with the service. I got there to buy a bed and I wasn't totally sure. The seller helped us a lot and answered all our questions and inquiries which helped us to make a decision. They were friendly and provided a lot of information for us to take the decision.
