We were greeted by Stuart at the Irvine branch who asked us if we needed any help! We said we were just having a look and would let him know if we needed any help! We found the style of bed we were looking for but it was in material not brown leather effect! He had a look and informed us it was available in brown leather effect an showed us the colour swatch and we were very happy so bought the bed!

The service was great and Gareth was very friendly and made chosing our new mattress very easy. We were at the Irvine store and just went for a look but decided to order for Friday delivery.

there was no messing around I explained I had been trawling the internet for a mattress as both me & the wife have serious back pain tried the mattresses I was looking at on the net your store adviser suggested an ex display mattress they had in the shop tried it bought it for a bargain win win.

The service we recieved from Gareth yesterday when we only came in for a look made us come back today to purchase

Sales assistant Gareth greeted us when we entered the store however didn’t pester us a most usually do. After us looking for a shirt while he came over to find out what we looking for. He helped us understand all the different mattresses & was very knowledgable. Very friendly & made the whole shopping experience easy for us. We went in looking for a mattress ended up coming out with a new mattress & bed for us & a mattress for my stepdaughter. Will definitely be back in the future.

The salesman put us at ease and at no time put pressure on us to buy

The assistant, Stuart in Irvine, listened to my needs, went through the options and was able to answer all my questions. He was very helpful with delivery dates. He was helpful, informative but not pushy which would have put me off. There was a good range of products in store and when I asked about sofabeds, he was able to tell me where I would be able to see some.

The store assistant Stuart provided us with all the information we needed to allow us to make the final decision to purchase our chosen products.
