The layout of the store was good, different beds colour coded. The assistant knew her stuff. Tried various beds till I found the right one for me.

Gareth who dealt with us in the Irvine store was very helpful , knowledgeable and professional . He wasn’t too pushy and over powering, asked if he could help , explained about the colour coding of the mattresses and encouraged us to try the mattresses out before making a final decision, he then left us to try out the mattresses and only approached us again once we had made our decision to purchase by this time we had also decided to buy a bed frame to!
