Process went like clockwork

The assistant Kennybwas very knowledgeable and helpful whilst very pleasant

First time in Dreams and was assisted by a new employee Kenny who was polite and courteous, allowed plenty of time to try products. No sales push which is a major thing for us! Available if needed. Offered excellent advice about products considering he is a new employee.

I knew exactly what i wanted as i had looked online, and when i went instore to order i was treated very well and did not have a salesperson trying to get me to spend above my budget or choose another product

Gareth in the Irvine store was very knowledgeable on all the products and helped me find the mattress I was looking for, for my needs. He was also training several new starts at the same time. He was very clear and helpful both with myself and if any of his new colleagues had questions. I was very impressed.

Salesman was informative ,honest,not pushy,sold us what we needed not what he wanted to sell

excellent service, Stuart was very attentive and explained the products well. He understood what we were looking for.

Gareth had a wealth of knowledge regarding goods. He was very friendly and approachable without being overbearing

Both members of staff were utterly lovely and nothing was too much trouble. They made us a coffee and were relatable and genuine, making the experience (which to me, it was, having never been in a position to buy a half decent bed before!) a joy. They shared our excitement and didn’t make us feel daft about it. Nothing was forced, there was no dastardly sales pitch and they genuinely just wanted to help us find our dream bed. And they did - we’re over the moon!
