As I entered the store with my elderly mum a colleague called Stacey aproched and offered her help she talked my mum through all beds and matress she was interested in and gave her recommendations which mum was very happy with she explained everything very well during purchase was very friendly and nice even offer us bottles of water as was very hot day lovely lady and great store

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me with my selection.

We came in looking for a new bed but not knowing exactly what we were looking for. After using the machine to find the beds recommended for us, we found one we were both extremely happy with. The service from Stuart was excellent to support us in finding the right bed, and to then help us with a bed frame and headboard.
