Kenny the assistant could not have been any better made sure we were looked after

Staff friendly and helpful without being pushy. Clearly very knowledgeable on the products and after providing me with all info I was left alone without feeling pressurised to make a decision in my own time

Debbie and Donna were exceptionally friendly, accommodating and helpful. They were also knowledgeable about the products and able to make recommendations

Debbie in the Irvine store was great with my mother in law. She is very hard at hearing and suffers muscle issues. Debbie was very patient with her and understanding of her needs. She wasn’t pushy on us and help us to achieve an afordable price aswell as getting the products we required
