Dreams was the first shop we visited to look for a bed at random. Our Sales Assistant Lauren has a very pleasant manner, listened well to our needs, and was very informative when detailing our purchasing options and additional services offered. She gave us sufficient time alone for us to make our purchasing decision, and then took us diligently through the sales ordering process. We were highly satisfied that we were able to select a bed to meet our needs, that would be delivered faster than we expected, and represented value for money.

We a friendly welcome when we walked instore,Lauren was very helpful I thought her product knowledge was excellent, my wife and I could not make up our minds as to what we wanted we said we would come back next day,We could have gone to other Bedstores to compare,but we didn't only because of the service that Lauren had given us,we may have saved some money by going elsewhere but we went back and finalised the details ,thanking Lauren for the service as tWas

Deanne who served us, gave us information on all accessories and alternatives. All staff very friendly , offered us seats and refreshments while we processed our order and allowed us to bring our small dogs from the car while we were being looked after to give us peace of mind.

The staff at Carlisle were fantastic! They helped us work out the right mattress for us and were great with our 3 year old too!

We received great service and the girls in store were great. We visited with our two young kids and the team were really helpful and patient with our kids. The kids came away with a balloon which was great entertainment for them while we shopped for a bed and mattress. We appreciated the help we got in choosing our mattress and finalising our purchase
