I love the experience on the computerised bed at the beginning and how the appropriate mattresses where shown straight away. This saved time and decision making greatly. The sales assistant Ony was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. The only negative was after making application for credit, which took only minutes, and went smoothly, I then decided to add more to my sales. This then caused a delay of over half hour wait for credit agreement to be accepted. Apart from that was a lovely experience and cannot wait for my mattress to be delivered.

Our sales assistant Lauren was extremely helpful and knowledgable, took the time to listen to our needs when buying a mattress, and introduced us to the sleep match technology, which was impressive. She was very helpful with our little girl as well, being friendly and allowing her to play with a teddy bear.

We saw what we wanted online, we visited the store and the friendly member of staff directed us to the item, we purchased it then went home! We haven’t used the item yet!

Deanne our sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable, she was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely mug of tea while Deanne filled in our details and would not hesitate to recommend Dreams at Carlisle to family and friends.
