She included a guide to the best type of pillow that ALSO complemented the mattress. Having done this we chose a mattress and pillow to our spec. excellent service well appreciated

Lauren was extremely helpful letting me try different beds and mattresses. She explained different options to me and was able to offer a good discount. Nothing was too much trouble to her. Friendly staff Wide price range and we didn't feel we were being pushed towards the more expensive items. The whole experience felt comfortable and easy compared to other retailers we had dealt with.

Staff were friendly and knowledgable, explained everything to the best of their knowledge. We were feeling abit shy about shopping for a new mattress before we arrived but was made to feel very welcome.
