The girl who served me was very good. She was knowledgeable, professional and wasn’t pushy in any way. She also gave me time on my own to browse as well as being attentive if I had any questions. I think her name was Deanne.

Victoria was professional and knowledgable throughout.

Lauren and her colleague were friendly and not pushy at all. We were allowed to browse in peace and made to feel welcome by being offered drinks and a friendly hello when entering the store. Nothing was too much trouble for the 2 ladies! I've been to another bed shop in Carlisle and was followed around the whole time due to having 2 children with me which put me off going there again!!

The yound lady called Victoria in the carlisle store was an absolute delight and the most help she could have been. I think good customer service is so hard to come by these days but this was not the case with our visit and we are extremely happy with our purchase! Thanks!
