The girls in the Carlisle branch were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful especially Deanne...great customer service.

The staff were very efficient and friendly and knew all about the products. The lady who served us specifically was lovely and helped us, but also gave us enough time and space to look around on our own.

The staff we friendly, asked if we needed any help, left us alone to browse and were more than helpful when we needed assistance.

The assistant was absolutely great! She took our needs into account, showed us the beds that matched us and didnt try to sell us anything we didnt want. She was well informed, and made buying new mattresses a joy!

The staff where very helpful showing me what was available, probably spent over an hour helping me choose a matress. She was very polite and seemed to have a good knowledge about the mattresses in stock. The showroom was not cluttered which I find is often a problem when shopping for furniture as I am in a wheelchair, this made the whole experience a lot easier for me.
