We planned on going around all the bed shops. I actually saw you advert on TV before we left the house and realised you were just down the road so we popped in. Service and product knowledge was spot on from when we entered the shop until we left. We decided we didn't need to go anywhere else and purchased our bed there and then. (Also saving us the toil of visiting the other shops!) Product was good Price was good and our Sales lady was lovely and very knowledgeable.

The sales lady who serve me and my partner spent her time asking question to get to know what we would like. She helped us by using the mattress test system and let us test all the mattresses that was advised to us. I didnt feel pressured to buy straight away and walked away the first time with all the information I needed to come back and make a final decision.
