because the mattress as not been delivered yet!

I have been quite satisfied so far but cannot really commit to highly satisfied until the product received and tested.

There were discount offers in store which were applied first time of quote. Then other products, mattress insurance etc were looked at. On returning to order not all the discounts could be applied and price was a bit higher. Later looking at online reviews of products ordered discovered that within about 6 hours of my order the price of the mattress was reduced by £100. I found this quite annoying! The product reviews seem positive.

I was satisfied 100%
