Very knowledgeable member of staff ( Vicky)who showed us a selection of products and took time to listen to our requirements and find us the best bed , mattress and pillows for us.

Both Dale & Ony (Carlisle store) who helped us to initially look at options and 2days later to place an order were helpful & attentive. They explained simply what to look for when initially choosing a mattress, emphasing the importance of also having the correct pillow. This was quickly followed with an opportunity to try several mattress/pillow combinations. (They even swapped a mattress for us to try with a specific bed.) At no time did Ony or Dale press a sale on us, they were unfailingly polite & helpful Thank You

Vicky was highly informative and very friendly. She was very attentive throughout our experience and helped with the choice of mattress and the Divan Bed. She was an excellent sales executive and even worked late to complete the order and made sure we were completely satisfied. The other staff members were very friendly and provided us with cups of tea and biscuits whilst we placed our order with Vicky.

Very polite and helpful assistant who understood our specific requirements.We were given good advice of the suitability of the products avail able.

The service was very good.

Very close to being highly satisfied. only two staff on and four groups of people shopping for beds. while being dealt with another customer shouted over our heads a question to the assistant and she replied back over the top of us. however she then excused herself to go speak to him which was fine. we couldn't get a confirmed delivery date on the day because of stock. apart from that couldn't fault anything else. both shop assistants were very nice and attentative to our young daughter.

The service was excellent but the showroom was slightly cramped and dated.
