Amazing sale in store, my little girl loved coming in with the colouring table

Met at entrance of store by lady who made us very welcome and listened to whot we specifically wanted .We were invited to be scanned on a bed which measures your physical shape etc and then shown beds which were recommended by results .At no point was any pressure applied but expert knowledge steered me in the right direction.Price was excellent and delivery time very acceptable,so all in all very impressed with the whole experience and whot a lovely Lady .

I was very at ease while looking around,the shop assistant was very patient and happy, she was happy to answer any questions I had very positive,the shop was very clean and bright, my daughter loves the bed I will be back to buy my son's and my bed thank you

Assistant was very helpful knowledgeable and knew the products very well. Prompt and excellent service and was dealt with a friendly assistant who couldn’t do enough for us.

QUICK EFFICENT COURTEOUS SERVICE

I’ve recently had a severe house fire and so needed to get quotes and receive help in what I ordered - as you can imagine it’s been quite overwhelming. The staff in the carlisle branch were helpful, patient, not at all pushy and couldn’t do more - no matter how many questions I asked or times I came back they were willing to help. Today I finally got everything ordered and wanted to make sure the staff received some good feedback - Lauren has helped me in several occasions (and victoria today), but the whole team have been brilliant and made it much less stressful. Thank you
