We visited your store knowing what we wanted. The assistant was very helpful new his stuff and guided us through the mattresses. He made us a coffee each and nothing was too much trouble.

Dale from the Carlisle store could not have done more to help us, we are very indecisive and he was patient and very helpful.

The excellent customer service given by Only, and the rest of the sales team who looked after and entertained our 2 and 4 years old sons while we spent time going through all of our options with Only. Our boys are hyperactive so make going shopping a stressful experience...not on this occasion.

After looking through the store 2 months previous and getting help with the bed we wanted for our daughter we arrived and Dale who helped us on the day remembered what we were looking for and helped us straight away. Beds are of great quality and every member of staff was polite and friendly even asking my daughter if she wanted to try and find an easter egg. We will definitely coming back to by ourselves and our sons next bed.

We were served by a lovely lady called Vicky. She was really informative and certainly had plenty of product knowledge. She was so patient and helpful with us while we were deciding and she understood our needs. She was really friendly and we felt like we were in capable hands with her.
