This will be the 2nd bed we order with in 12 month you happy with the first order so we ended up getting another one the salesperson in the Carlisle store absolutely great the quality of our previous bed and mattress has been brilliant would highly recommend

Was very satisfied with the service I received at Dreams Carlisle as the assistant listened carefully to my needs which were a bed for my spare room which would give me plenty of storage. I was leaning towards an ottoman bed. The assistant showed me the ottoman beds plus a couple of alternative options. When it came to the mattress he took on board that it was for the spare room so I wanted a comfortable mattress but at an affordable price. I was extremely happy with my purchase and at no time felt pressured or rushed. I would definitely recommend Dreams.

The lady dealing with us was very helpful and had alot of knowledge on the bed. She was very attentive from the minute we walked in and she was very friendly and not annoying. Ordering the bed was quick and easy and hassle free. The only downside was having to wait for delivery. Overall very happy good customer service.

The customer assistant, Onyanee, was courteous and offered advice on our selection of a new mattress. She even gave us coffee! She gave my wife and I time to talk, to try out the mattress for comfort, and did not rush us to a decision. We felt valued as customers, and I was personally impressed with the range of extra services offered (although we did not take these up).

The sales staff were not pushy, which was appreciated as this can be very off putting. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. I felt like Goldilocks trying out all the beds but the person who dealt with me was very patient and helpful.

The staff in the store are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even answering silly little questions is not a problem to them. They are always smiling and welcoming when you arrive at the store.

Vicky who assisted my husband and I was friendly and polite. She new quite a lot about the products in the shop. This made it easy to choose what we wanted. She was quick to order the bed and mattress. We were very pleased overall. We would deffenetly go back if we need anything else . We would deffenetly reccomend dreams to all our friends. X

Polite friendly staff who were not too pushy like some sales people. Listened to our needs and what we wanted. Very professional.
